Setup the integration:
Note: Access role must be Super Admin in order to set up the integration. On the first login to a new account, you are presented with a list of available integrations.
In Lever, Integrations and API
Enable Candidates Stage Change under Webooks
Jobs
Next decide the job you want to set up. You will need to do this for each job.
Click + Import Job and selecting the desired job.
Select your desired interview (or set up new one)
Select desired stage in Lever when interview should be sent to applicant.
Choose how many days the candidate has to respond (Optional)
Customize the email they receive from Wednesday. (Optional)
Interview Example: when candidates progress to your configured stage, they will receive emails containing a link to their interview. Candidates will be directed to this page to take their interview:
Candidates who complete their interview are then visible in Wednesday
In Wedesday you can access them at
Jobs > [Name of Job] > Applicants
Or you can view all submissions in the Responses tab, and filter as necessary
In Lever
When a candidate submits their interview, they will be tagged in Lever tagged with ‘Wednesday Interview Complete’, so you can easily filter/search for candidates who have responded
A direct link to their interview responses will be in the Links section of their lever candidate profile
How to disable the integration:
Navigate to your Integrations & API Settings Page in Lever.
Under the Authorized Apps tab, locate the Wednesday app.
Click Revoke Access to disable the integration.
