Configure Greenhouse
To Configure Greenhouse:
Open your Wednesday and Greenhouse accounts
In Wednesday Go to Settings -> Integrations
Click Connect button for Greenhouse Harvest
4. In Greenhouse go to Dev Center -> API Credentials
5. Click Create new API key button
6. Select API type Harvest from dropdown menu
7. Select Unlisted Vendor
8. Add Description, we recommend "Wednesday Integration"
9. Click Copy and insert into the API key in Wednesday - Add button
10. Click I have stored API key and Manage Permissions
11. Click the boxes to give the integration write acess to these fields:
Applications
Candidate
Custom Fields
Jobs
Job Stages
Users
12. In Greenhouse go to Webhooks
13. Add a name for your webhook - we recommend Wednesday Interview Integration
14. Select Candidate has changed stage from dropdown
15. Enter endpoint URL and Secret Key displayed in Wednesday
16. Select Integration Owner
Choose Auto Create ISU and select a user
This is the right option for most companies. This will create a new Greenhouse user, Wednesday Integration User, to attribute all actions the integration takes in your Greenhouse account to. The user you pick in the dropdown will only be used to create the ISU initially
Attribute integration actions to this user directly
If you already have an account you would like to use as the ISU, you can select it with this option instead
Use Wednesday in Greenhouse
In Greenhouse you can filter for Candidates who have or have not completed their interview.
Filter
To Filter
Select Profile Details
Select Custom Field > Wednesday Interview Complete
Select Yes or No from the dropdown
View
To View Responses:
Open Candidate Profile
In the Candidate tab of the details, there a section called 'Wednesday Links' will be added which will contain a link to view the candidates responses
Note: a link will appear for each job they applied for
Note: to access the videos the user does need to have an account in Wednesday. Set up additional users here.
