Email Invite
Once you have been invited to Wednesday, you will receive an email with a specific URL link to your own personal Video Interview.
Do not share your specific URL with anyone else to complete or their responses will be associated with your email.
To complete your Video Interview:
Option 1: Schedule a calendar invite for your Interview time slot. This option is best if unable to record in the moment.
Click the calendar invite in the email
Select the ideal time slot to record your Video Interview
You will receive confirmation for your scheduled time
Option 2: Record your Video Interview now
Click the unique URL in the email
The app will automatically open to record your Video Interview
Plan for 15-20 minutes to complete. The interview questions are about 30 seconds. Your responses will generally be less than 90 seconds long. You might do a few takes. Each interview has 3-5 questions.
You will receive a series of Reminder Emails until your Video Interview has been submitted.
Reschedule Interview
You can reschedule your interview if you miss your scheduled time.
To reschedule:
Click the calendar invite in the invite email
Select the new time slot to record your Video Interview
You will receive confirmation for your scheduled time
