Requests

The Requests tab is used to manage all of your Contributor invites to collect video content. This is where you will send, review and manage all content requests for your team.

Add

You must make content requests to start collecting videos in your Wednesday library.

To Add:

  1. Click the + Request Content button

  2. Enter Contributor Email into New Contributor Email box and Click the + button or Upload CSV of Contributors (each listed in an individual row)

  3. Select Forms from the drop-down box for all contributors in this list or Individually for each contributor.

    • Optional: you can adjust your questions using Forms.

    • Optional: add a project to your Request to be able to filter for this in your Requests table.

  4. Click Send (#) button if you’re ready for your Contributors to receive their invite or click Save and Close if you're not ready to send your invites

    • Note: an email and a form must be set in order for prospective contributors to receive an email

Edit Emails

You can edit the emails you want to send to your Contributors. This can be done in bulk from the Add Request modal, or individually from the Contribution Request table.

To Edit Emails:

  1. Click Emails tab

  2. Click the desired email you’d like to edit

  3. Adjust the text

  4. Click the Save button

    • Note: this change will only impact the current list of Contributors you are sending invites for. To change emails for all invites, adjust under Settings - Email or click 'Edit Company-Wide emails in this modal. See Default Email Templates for more information.

Filter

You can narrow your data by a variety of attributes using different fields. Projects and Tags are a global filter.

Search

You can Search your Contributor table.

To Search:

  1. Enter the attribute into the Search Contribution Requests box

Projects

You can filter requests by Projects.

To filter by Projects:

  1. Click the Projects box

  2. Select desired Project from drop-down

Tags

To filter by Tags:

  1. Click the Tags box

  2. Select desired Tag from drop-down

Filter

The filter drop-down includes a variety of attributes. Filters within the same category use OR logic when multiple are selected together. Using multiple category filters, will use AND logic.

To Filter:

  1. Identify attribute(s) you want to filter by

  2. Click the desired attribute in each category

Group By

You can group your table by a specific attribute. The table will default to Created by date.

To Group By:

  1. Click the Group By drop-down

  2. Select desired grouping

To Ungroup:

  1. Click the Group by drop-down

  2. Select None

Bulk Actions

Bulk actions allow you to adjust specific settings for multiple Contributors at once.

Resend

Bulk resend allows you to resend invites in bulk. If the request has already been responded to or the request does not have a form set, the link will not be resent.

To Bulk Resend:

  1. Click box next to the name of the Contributor(s) you want to resend invite to

  2. Click Send Selected # button

Campaign Name

If you want to add or adjust your Campaign Name you can bulk update the Campaign Name.

To Update Campaign Name:

  1. Click box next to the name of the Contributor(s) you want to update

  2. Click … next to Send Selected Button to open additional options

  3. Click Edit Campaign Name

  4. Enter Campaign Name

  5. Click check mark button

Assign Forms

Forms can be changed for Contributors that have not yet been sent an invite.

To Assign Form:

  1. Click box next to the name of the Contributor(s) you want to update

  2. Click … next to Send Selected Button to open additional options

  3. Click Assign Form

  4. Select Question Set from drop-down options

  5. Click check mark button

Edit Emails

You can adjust the email text for a specific group of Contributors.

To Edit Emails:

  1. Click the box next to the name of the Contributor(s) you want to update

  2. Click … next to Send Selected Button to open additional options

  3. Click Edit Emails button

  4. Click check mark button

Delete

Delete can be used for Contributors who have yet to be sent an invite.

To Delete:

  1. Click the box next to the name of the Contributor(s) you want to update

  2. Click … next to Send Selected Button to open additional options

  3. Click Delete button

Table

Your Requests table will display a full list of all Contributor invites. There will be an individual row for every invite that has been sent. The table includes the following attributes:

  • Status: progress of completion (Awaiting Response, Finished, Not Yet Invited, Number of Reminder Emails sent, Missed Scheduled Interview)

  • Name: name or email of the Contributor

  • Title: title of the Contributor

  • Form: title of the set of Interview questions that was sent to the Contributor

    • Note: if you add a Contributor but did not send their invite yet, you can edit their form prompts.

      • Click the Forms name in bold

      • Edit the questions under Forms

  • Created: date the Contributor was added to the application

  • Requester: who sent the request

  • Invited: date the Contributor was sent their invite

  • Campaign: Optional name of the campaign

  • Tags: any data point you’d like to attribute to the contributor for easy sorting and filtering (optional)

    • To Add a Tag:

      1. Click the + button next in the Tag Column

      2. Enter text name of tag or select from dropdown menu

  • Action: Resend, Edit Emails, Copy Direct Link, Delete, View Responses

    • Resend: click the resend button to send a new invite to your Contributor

    • Edit Emails can change the email text for an email

      • To Edit Email:

        1. Click the three dots icon

        2. Pencil Icon

  • Copy Direct Link is a link that can be shared with the specific Contributor to take them directly to their interview

    • To Access Link:

      1. Click the three dots icon

      2. Click Link icon

      3. Copy

  • Delete allows you to remove Contributors if their invite has not been sent

    • To Delete:

      1. Click the three dots icon

      2. Click trash icon

  • View Responses is a display of all videos or answers for the specific request.

    • To View Responses:

      1. Click View Responses button
