What counts as a response?

One person submitting an interview = one response. If you have 5 individuals take an interview, that would count as 5 responses.

How much are response overages?

Each additional response over your purchased limit is $0.90 per response.

What if I want to cancel my account?

You will need to cancel your account under the Billing tab. Your cancellation will go into effect at the end of your billing month and you will have access to your account until that date.

Can I change my billing information?

Yes, you can adjust your billing information under the Billing tab.

Can I get a refund?

We do not offer refunds after the free trial period is up; you can cancel your account at any time.

Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-billing cycle?

You can add or remove the number of user seats or enable or disable the powered by Wednesday branding option. The price will be prorated based on when you make the adjustment.

What happens if my payment fails?

At the time of payment failure, you will be notified via email and locked out from accessing your content in Wednesday until you resubmit updated credit card information. You will have a one (1) month grace period where your published collections will still work but you will not be able to access or make adjustments to them until payment is made. After the one (1) month grace period is over, all data in your account will be archived.

What if I cancel my subscription and later decide I want to renew?
