A Channel is a collection of videos that is built to share with your audience. Create, access, and archive a Channel.

New Channel

A Channel can be built in a variety of formats and you can add an unlimited amount of Channels.

To add Channel:

  1. Click + New Channel button

  2. Enter Name of Channel in the Name box

  3. Click + button

    • Optional: Create Channel in New project by clicking + button next to Create in New Project

  4. Build Channel

Table Columns

  • Name: name of the Channel

  • Created: creation date of the Channel

  • Location: located of the Channel if assigned (optional)

  • Tags: any additional data that should be associated with the Channel to make it easier to find and filter (optional)

  • Projects: name of the Project a Channel is associated with (optional)

  • Linked Job: indication of the connected ATS job if integrated with the ATS

  • Active: status of the Channel

  • Contributors: Contributors that have content included in the Channel

  • Views 30d: highlight of number of views the Channel has received in the last 30 days

  • Actions: include the direct Channel link to share and the ability to favorite Channels that will be used frequently

Tags

You can add tags to categorize and filter your Channels. Review Best Practices when creating your Tags.

To add Tags:

  1. Identify Channel

  2. Click + button

  3. Enter value into the New Tag box

  4. Click checkmark

  5. Click X to delete Tag

Projects

You can organize your Channels into an existing Project.

To add to a Project:

  1. Identify Channel

  2. Click + button

  3. Select Project name from dropdown

  4. Click checkmark

  5. Click X to remove from Project

Active

You can see which Channels are Active or not. A Channel must be published to be active. Once a Channel is marked as inactive, the videos will no longer appear if the link is clicked. A message will appear Feed Not Found. Make sure to take down any published Channels before you make them inactive.

To make Channel inactive:

  1. Toggle off

    • Note: a Channel must be inactive to be archived

Favorite

You can Favorite Channels you plan to use frequently.

To Favorite:

  1. Identify Channel

  2. Click the Star icon

Sort

Categories in the Channel Table can be sorted by ascending or descending.

To Sort:

  1. Click the arrow button for desired Channel heading to choose ascending, descending or unsorted

Filter & Search

Use a filter to narrow down to a specific subset of Channels.

  • Search: narrow by name of the Channel

  • Project: Channel(s) assigned to a specific Project

  • Tags: Channel(s) assigned to a specific Tag

  • Published Status: the status of each Channel

  • Location: the location of a Channel if assigned in your ATS

  • Department: the department if available from your ATS import

  • Teams: the team if available from your ATS import

  • Type: the type of Channel created (ie Employer Brand, DE&I, Recruiting, etc)

  • Favorite: the star icon will display any channels that have been Favorited

  • Archive: the toggle on will include archived Channels

Archive

You can still access Channels you have Archived.

To Unarchive Channel:

  1. Toggle to Included Archived

  2. Click the Unarchive Button
