Your Analytics page provides insight into how your audience interacts with the content and metrics in your published Channels and Video Posts.

Summary

The Summary section gives you high-level metrics for your account.

  • Contributors: the number of contributors you’ve collected video from

  • Videos Collected: total number of videos in your library

  • Videos Published: total number of videos that have been published in Channels or Video Postings

  • Channels Published: total number of Channels and Video Posts that have been published

You can filter this data by All Time, This Month, Last Month or This Year

Published Content

Published Content displays important metrics on the content that is published.

All Channels: summary of all data across all published places

  • Impressions: number of unique sessions that loaded a Channel or Video Post

  • Engagement Rate: percentage of all impressions that progressed to interacting with a Channel or Video Post

  • Interaction Time: median time between first and last interaction, per unique session

All Videos: summary of all data across videos in all Channels and Video Posts

  • Impressions: count of unique sessions that started any video

  • Completes: count of unique sessions that completed a video

  • Completion Rate: percentage of all interactions with video complete

You can also select individual Channels or Video Posts to review specific metrics.

  1. Select Compare Channels dropdown

  2. Select desired Channel or Video Post

    1. You can select multiple for comparison

Compare

Compare will display a quick summary of engagement metrics for Channels and Video Posts. This is an easy way to see which Channels are being engaged with more or less and make adjustments to content as needed.

Progress

You can graph these data points to see engagement over time. You can filter by Day, Week, Month, Year and by Source (Job Board, LinkedIn, Email, etc).

To graph

  1. Select desired timeframe from the dropdown

  2. Select desired source from the dropdown

  3. Toggle the data point(s) you want to display in this view
